— 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting quote requests, or placing orders for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws in India or elsewhere.

— 2. Intellectual Property Rights (CAD & 3D Drawings)

All 2D CAD blocks (.dwg) and 3D models (.skp) provided in our Resource Downloads portal are the intellectual property of Urbanland Products.

• Permitted Use: Landscape architects, developers, and project planners are permitted to import our CAD blocks/models into architectural layouts, design proposals, and render visuals for prospective projects.
• Prohibited Use: You may not modify, distribute, or host our architectural drawings on public third-party repositories, nor utilize our exact blueprints to manufacture equivalent items via alternative fabrication sources.

— 3. Product Specifications & Customizations

Given our focus on durability and architectural flexibility, Urbanland offers customization options for dimensions, armrests, backrests, and powder-coating tones.

• Tolerances: Standard manufacturing dimensional tolerances of +/- 5mm apply to WPC, NFC, and steel components.
• Finish Tones: Minor color variations can occur across manufacturing batches of powder-coated steel/aluminium, anodized coatings, and composite woods due to organic pigments and curing conditions.

— 4. 2-Year Manufacturer Guarantee

We provide India’s only 2-Year Manufacturer Guarantee on all standard outdoor street furniture components.

• What is Covered: Structural failures, weld fractures, excessive metal oxidation/corrosion under normal outdoor exposure, and splitting or warping of WPC/NFC planks.
• What is Excluded: Damage from vandalism, natural disasters, vehicular impact, exposure to industrial chemical acids, or unauthorized post-factory alterations.

— 5. Pricing, Orders & Cancellations

Pricing indicated in standard catalogues is indicative. Final commercial quotes are issued as formal Proforma Invoices (PI) with 30-day validity.

• Payment Milestones: Standard orders require a 50% advance for production initiation, with the balance 50% paid prior to dispatch from our facility.
• Cancellations: Once production of custom furniture, custom-sized benches, or custom-coloured frames begins, advances are non-refundable.

— 6. Logistics & Deliveries

Urbanland coordinates delivery through premium freight partners. Risk of transit damage transfers to the buyer upon hand-off to the logistics carrier, unless transit insurance is explicitly coordinated and added to the PI.

— 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai/Thane for any dispute resolution.
